All products offered by are covered by an authorized warranty of two years for lack of compliance, in accordance with DL 24 of 02/02/2002.The warranty will apply to products that present lack of conformity and / or malfunctions that are not evident at the time of purchase, as long as the product is used correctly and with due diligence, in accordance with its intended use and with what is foreseen according to the potential technical documentation, thus following all the various operating rules pointed out therein. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse. Parts subject to wear and tear will not be guaranteed if the damage is due to normal use. The warranty will not be also applicable in case of negligence and carelessness in the use and maintenance of the product, in case of the connection of the product to electrical systems or any another type of connection that is not up to standard. In case of lack of compliance, consumers have the right to receive a compliant item, without incurring further costs, by getting it repaired or replaced.

The return of the product, in all cases, must first be specifically authorized by that, in case of acceptance of the request for repair under warranty, will send an ID number of the Warranty Procedure (IDG) by e-mail at the email address given by the customer when ordering, all within 7 working days from the request.

Once you have received the IDG, please prepare the product for shipping and pack it carefully, use the original packaging and please do not forget to include all accessories, the instruction manuals and all that originally contained. Please write clearly the ID number of the Warranty procedure (IDG) assigned by in the packing. Warranty Service will pick up the product through its Express delivery at no cost to the customer, within 7 working days from the assignment of ID number of the Warranty  procedure (IDG). Once we receive and check the returned product, we will provide to repair the defects in accordance with the exchanged agreements. 

NB the lack of conformity can be difficult to assess, therefore, once received the product under warranty, you might be contacted directly by our customer service, who will assess the alleged defect and, where found real, will also send the goods to the manufacturer.

Right of Withdrawal

Sales of products via Internet are governed by the Law D.Lgs n. 206/2005 that establishes a deadline to exercise the right of withdrawal of 10 working days from the receipt of the item.

Together with the dispatch of the written communication, the customer is also required to send through a courier the product in an appropriate packaging to ensure its integrity during the transport and also to send eventually its receipt. The only expense that the customer has to face in order to exercise the right of withdrawal is the shipping cost for sending the letter and the cost of the courier to send the product to our office.

NB Products must be returned intact, placed in their original packaging, complete in all their parts (including any documentation and accessories: manuals, cables, etc..) and with appropriate, external sealed packaging.

The shipping charges for any withdrawn item are at the expense of the customer.
Please note, products sent after the deadline to our warehouse without the above requirements will not be refunded.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, customers also have to choose between one of the following types of refund that have to be stated in the written notice:

1. Provision of a credit note which must be spent within one year of its generation, otherwise the credit note won’t be longer valid

2. Replacement of the goods;

3. Money refund (please indicate in the written letter details of a bank account or post office account, IBAN, CIN code, ABI, CAB Code, Account number, account holder).

For purchases made by choosing the payment method PayPal, the refund will be directly placed to  the customer’s dedicated account.

The refund will made of the price of the product and not the cost of the shipment and will be made within 20 working days from receiving the returned item. The only costs for the customer are those related to delivery of the item itself.Once the item arrives at our warehouse, it will be examined for any potential damages and alteration that might not be caused by the transport. For the exception of the return of defective products under warranty, in which case the cost of delivery for the substitution of the product will be covered by, in all other cases of return of products, the transport costs will be covered by the customer.

The availability of each item is only an indication, is not contractual and any responsibility in case of unavailability of one or more products can’t be attributed to the seller. agrees to promptly notify the Customer of any unforeseen depletion of stocks due to excess demand or other causes. The availability of the products refers to the one at the time when the client consults the product profile, this must still be regarded as purely indicative, as due to the simultaneous presence on the site of many users the products can be sold to others before the order confirmation. Even after sending the e-mail confirmation of the order, there may be cases of partial or total unavailability of the goods. Products delivery

The costs are calculated based on weight, amount of space taken and destination of parcels. These costs will be calculated and displayed in the shopping cart at the time of the order.

The Staff of reserves the right to ship the goods by different couriers for logistical needs.

Timing and mode of delivery needs 2/3 working days for the procurement of products in the warehouse, for the packaging and the completion of the necessary administrative procedures. The time taken by courier for delivery has to be added to all this. Timing and ways are different depending on your choice of delivery and the courier that will be used. When calculating the delivery timing please do not include Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

NB When you receive the package we kindly ask you to:
• check the condition of the packaging at the time of delivery;
• check the exact match of the number of packages;

The invoice or the sales receipt valid for warranty will be sent to the customer via email immediately after placing the order.
